MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 28, 1992 RESOLUTION N0. 92-10-383 - AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE SHORELAND GRANT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. SHERIFF'S The City Administrator reported that the Ramsey County DEPARTMENT Sheriff's Department is requesting authorization to use unexpended squad funds to purchase emergency equipment for squads. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-10-384 - AUTHORIZING TAE RAMSEY COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT TO USE UNEXPENDED SQUAD FUNDS TO PURCHASE EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT FOR SQUADS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, LaValle, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. VIKING DR. The City Administrator reported that the City has WATER MAIN received a petition from the property owners of eight PETITION lots on Viking Drive east of Edgerton requesting a feasibility report for water main improvement in that area. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-10-385 - ACCEPTING THE VIKING DRIVE WATER MAIN PETITION AND AUTAORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Collova, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. COSTA LANE Council reviewed the feasibility report for the IMPROVEMENT improvement of Costa Lane from DeSoto Street to DeSoto Street by sewer, water main, storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter and street. Blesener asked if there would be enough frontage so that there could be a buildable lot from the Bruhn property as a result of that improvement.
