MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 28, 1992 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-10-383 - AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE SHORELAND GRANT <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />SHERIFF'S The City Administrator reported that the Ramsey County <br />DEPARTMENT Sheriff's Department is requesting authorization to use <br />unexpended squad funds to purchase emergency equipment <br />for squads. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-10-384 - AUTHORIZING TAE RAMSEY <br />COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT TO USE UNEXPENDED SQUAD <br />FUNDS TO PURCHASE EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT FOR SQUADS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VIKING DR. The City Administrator reported that the City has <br />WATER MAIN received a petition from the property owners of eight <br />PETITION lots on Viking Drive east of Edgerton requesting a <br />feasibility report for water main improvement in that <br />area. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-10-385 - ACCEPTING THE VIKING DRIVE <br />WATER MAIN PETITION AND AUTAORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER <br />TO PREPARE A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COSTA LANE Council reviewed the feasibility report for the <br />IMPROVEMENT improvement of Costa Lane from DeSoto Street to DeSoto <br />Street by sewer, water main, storm sewer, concrete curb <br />and gutter and street. <br />Blesener asked if there would be enough frontage so <br />that there could be a buildable lot from the Bruhn <br />property as a result of that improvement. <br />The City Administrator reported that he would have the <br />Page 29 <br />
