If there <br />could be a buildable lot developed, then the property <br />owner would be involved in the assessment. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-10-386 - CALLING FOR AN IMPROVEMENT <br />HEARING FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 1992 AT 7:30 P.M. <br />TO CONSIDER THE IMPROVEMENT OF COSTA LANE FROM DESOTO <br />STREET TO DESOTO STREET BY SEWER, WATER MAIN, STORM <br />SEWER, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND STREET CONSTRUCTION <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Aanson, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CERTIFICA- The City Administrator recommended the certification to <br />TION OF property taxes of delinquent utility and garbage bills. <br />DELINQUENT <br />UTILITY LaValle asked about the status of the property at 34 <br />BILLS East Little Canada Road, and why utilities are being <br />charged to a property which is uninhabitable. <br />The City Administrator pointed out that the status of <br />the property at 34 East Little Canada Road will be <br />determined by the courts within the next few months. <br />The Administrator stated that he would have staff <br />evaluate the utility situation at this address. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-10-387 - APPROVING THE CERTIFICATION <br />TO TAXES OF DELINQUENT UTILITY AND GARBAGE BILLS AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ELECTION Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />JUDGES moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-10-388 - APPROVING THE ELECTION <br />JUDGES FOR THE NOVEMBER, 1992 GENERAL ELECTION AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
