MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 28, 1992 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-10-391 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />ENGINEER TO PREPARE FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF NADEAU ROAD, CONDIT STREET, LAKE STREET <br />AND EAST BROOKS AVENUE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Aanson. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Hanson, Blesener, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />EDGERTON The City Administrator reported that he would be <br />WATER MAIN sending letters to the property owners affected by the <br />Edgerton water main project within the next day or two. <br />That letter will include details on the cost of the <br />project both on a per lot basis and front foot basis, <br />request a vote of the property owners on the project, <br />and inform them of the date and time the improvement <br />meeting will be reconvened. <br />It was the consensus of the Council to reconvene the <br />Edgerton Street water main improvement hearing on <br />Wednesday, November 18th at 6:30 P.M. <br />PRESBYTERIAN Hanson reported that Presbyterian Homes will be holding <br />HOMES a groundbreaking ceremony for its senior housing <br />project on Thursday, November 5th. All people on the <br />waiting list for the project have been invited to the <br />ceremony. A reception will be held at the Venetian Inn <br />following the ceremony at which Presbyterian Homes will <br />present some proposed lay-outs for the units and take <br />input from those present. <br />COMMUNITY Hanson reported that the Community Pride Committee met <br />PRIDE this morning. It was noted at that meeting that the <br />City has received approval of its grant application <br />from the MN Releaf Grant Program, and clean-up ef£orts <br />in Ryan Industrial Park are progressing. <br />RECYCLING Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />GRANT moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-10-392 - AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO <br />MAKE APPLICATION FOR 1993 SCORE GRANT FUNDS FOR THE <br />CITY'S 1993 RECYCLING PROGRAM AS RECOMMENDED BY THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Aanson, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0).
