RYAN ON THIS ISSUE
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze.
Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Hanson, LaValle.
Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
FINAL Hanson opened the public hearing to consider final plat
PLAT approval for Costa Estates Third Addition.
COSTA
ESTATES Mr. Bob DeBace appeared before the Council representing
THIRD the Costa family. DeBace reported that at the Planning
ADDITION Commission meeting, the Commission recommended approval
of the final plat subject to a small strip of property
being included in the plat to prevent access to Costa
Lane from the Bruhn property. DeBace reported that he
discussed this with the County Surveyor, who has
recommended that Lot 1 be redrawn to angle off slightly
to block access by the Bruhn property to the street.
The County prefers this solution since it wants to
eliminate the platting of small parcels.
Scalze pointed out that legally Mr. Bruhn could not
divide his property.
Page 4
