MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
FEBRUARY 10, 1993
Morelan stated that he was a big believer in open
government. Morelan felt that the Council needs input
from people to let the Council know the issues, and
stated that he would like to see attendance at every
Council meeting like the attendance this evening.
However, Morelan felt that the proceedings at the
workshops have been a travesty and not beneficial to
the City. Morelan felt that the proceedings, at times,
have been a 1990's-style lynching. Morelan felt it was
time to put the rumors to bed.
Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the
meeting was adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
~ ~~
~ //~~i~~7 ~~-C~~~~ ~ ~
,?r~t•G /~
~ffa~ond G.
