MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 24, 1993 <br />FRATTALONE Scalze asked the status of the Frattalone bituminous <br />PROPERTY recycling operation on Country Drive. <br />Council discussed this matter and it was their <br />consensus that the City Administrator contact Mr. <br />Frattalone to determine the progress he has made in <br />locatinq another site to move this operation. The <br />Administrator reported that he will report to the <br />Council on this issue, and should Mr. Frattalone wish <br />to address the Council, he will be offered that <br />opportunity. <br />FRIENDS OF Scalze reported that the Park and Recreation Commission <br />THE PARKS has recommended that Karen Johnson be appointed as the <br />AND TRAILS City's representative to the Friends of the Parks and <br />Trails. Johnson is a member of the Park and Recreation <br />Commission. <br />The City Administrator pointed out that it was <br />preferable to have a member of the Commission as the <br />City's representative to this group from a coordination <br />standpoint between the Commission and the group. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-2-53 - APPOINTING KAREN JOHNSON AS <br />THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE TO TAE FRIENDS OF THE PARKS <br />AND TRAILS, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE $20 <br />MEMBERSHIP FEE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />WORKSHOP Council was reminded of the March 3rd workshop with the <br />Fire Department. The workshop will commence at 6:30 <br />P.M. and will be held at City Hall. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-2-54 - ADJOURNING <br />The foreqoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze. <br />Nays (0).
