MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 12, 2025 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was convened on the 12' day of March 2025 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone and Miller. <br />Absent: Council Members Kwapick and Gutierrez. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Acting City Administrator Laura Linehan and Public Works Director Bill Dircks. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-3-34 — APPRO VING THE MINUTES OF THE FEBR UAR Y 26, <br />2025 WORKSHOP AND THE FEBR VARY 26, 2025 REGULAR MEETINGS AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Malone. <br />Ayes (3). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Fischer requested to amend the agenda due to time constraints and considerations. He <br />requested to move Item 8D to be considered as Item 1, with the Presentation to occur after Item 1. <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL O D. TO MO VE ITEM 8D TO BE <br />CONSIDERED AS ITEM I <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Malone. <br />Ayes (3). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The Acting City Administrator stated that the City of Little Canada is hiring for several positions and <br />reviewed those positions. She noted that more information can be found on the City website. She <br />provided an update on trash cart removal, noting that the city is working with the hauler teams and cart <br />removal will continue this week. She stated that registration is now open for Reuse Day which will <br />take place on June 7th and noted that more information can be found on the city website. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />
