They will demonstrate leadership by asking questions, delegating decisions, and carrying some of the workload when needed. They will champion bold ideas and think strategically with the ‘big picture’ in mind. The Administrator sought is focused on creating a human-centric environment, providing true mentorship, encouraging staff, and helping them grow in their careers.
