MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL/PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION
MARCH 10, 1993
Wehrle asked if the City Council has any comments or
concerns for the Commission.
Scalze stated that she would like to see more ideas
generated from the Commission in the area of
recreation. Scalze pointed out the ordinance that was
established creating the Park and Recreation Commission
and the listing of duties and responsibilities
contained in that ordinance.
Wehrle felt that this will evolve from the Commission,
and pointed out Sherman's recent suqgestion about a
Music in the Parks program that the Director is
currently working on.
Scalze felt that suggestion was an important one, and
one that people have requested.
