Resolution declared adopted.
Scalze asked if it was Quicksilver's intention to leave
the house standing should they acquire the property to
the north. The
City Planner replied that this was correct.
Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 93-3-73 - APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BINGO HALL AT THE MARKET
PLACE SHOPPING CENTER AS REQUESTED BY TWIN CITY FEDERAL
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze.
Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Aanson, Pedersen, Morelan.
Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
LaValle reported that the City has been informed that
Little Canada Charity Plus will be ceasing their bingo
hall operation effective May lst. LaValle felt that
given the fact that two charities have chosen to get
out of the bingo business due to decreasing
profitability, perhaps the City should reinstate its
Page 4
