Revoir pointed out, however, that his mother was the property owner and ultimately responsible for both houses anyway. Pedersen stated that he did not see a problem with the one connection pointing out that the second house would not last indefinitely and would not have high water usaqe. Morelan asked if there was any reason not to approve the one connection. The City Administrator commented that this is not typically recommended, however, the circumstances are unique in this instance. The Administrator pointed out that there could be water pressure problems, however, Mr. Revoir has indicated that there are no pressure problems with both houses connected to the same well. The Administrator reported that he has not discussed this request in detail with Public Works, therefore, was unsure if one or two meters would be preferable. The Administrator reminded Mr. Revoir that at the point the well is no longer used, it should be properly abandoned. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 93-6-190 - GRANTING PERMISSION FOR ONE WATER MAIN CONNECTION AT 3020 EDGERTON STREET BASED ON THE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY MR. JAMES REVOIR AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY STAFF TO WORK OUT TAE DETAILS OF METERING AND UTILITY BILLING AS THEY DETERMINE APPROPRIATE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Aanson, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and AGENDA moved its adoption: VOUCHERS RESOLUTION NO. 93-6-191 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze.
