MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JULY 14, 1993
The City Administrator reported the lot split of the
Wright property was approved contingent upon submission
of a satisfactory grading and drainage plan. That plan
has not yet been submitted, but the lot split will not
be finalized until it is. The Administrator reported
that he informed Mr. Wright that his development cannot
have a negative drainage effect on neighboring
properties. The Administrator also pointed out that
the existing tile system in the area was picked up by
the storm sewer installed on Vanderbie/Allen,
therefore, the drainage problems in the area appear to
be lessened.
Bruhn questioned his ability to get his travel trailer
in and out of his property with the new curbing that
will be installed along Vanderbie.
The City Engineer suggested that he meet with Mr. Bruhn
to work out the access question.
ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 93-7-222 - ADJOURNING
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan.
Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze, Hanson.
Nays (0).
