MINUPES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 25, 1993 <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-8-255 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />JULY 29, 1993 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-8-256 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />AUGUST 11, 1993 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCE- Hanson announced that there will be a Ramsey Action <br />MENTS Program food distribution at the City Center tomorrow, <br />August 26th, from 1 to 3 P.M. All participants must <br />meet low income guidelines and be Little Canada <br />residents. <br />Hanson reminded the general public of the park <br />dedication ceremony scheduled for Saturday, August <br />28th, at 12 Noon at Nadeau Wildlife Park. The public <br />is invited. <br />Hanson thanked City staff and especially the Public <br />Works Department for all their hard work in connection <br />with the Canadian Days Celebration. <br />VACATION OF Hanson opened the public hearing to consider the <br />DRAINAGE & vacation of a drainage and utility easement on <br />UTILITY Lots 4 and 5, Block 4, Ryan Industrial Park. It <br />EASII~~N'P was pointed out that the vacation is the result of <br />ROSSOW a trade for another drainage and utility easement <br />PROPII2TY which is in a more usable area. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Page 2 <br />
