Resolution declared adopted. <br />REQUEST The Council reviewed the request of My Le Hoa Chinese <br />FOR ON-SALE Restaurant for an on-sale liquor license. My Le Hoa <br />LIQUOR currently holds a Wine License and Non-Intoxicating <br />LICE:NSE Malt Liquor License. After discussion with <br />MY LE HOA representatives of My Le Hoa, it was determined that <br /> a Consumption and Display License would better suit <br /> their purpose, since My Le Hoa is requesting the <br /> license for their banquet business. My Le Hoa <br /> representatives were instructed to contact City staff <br /> for information and application forms for a Consumption <br /> and Display License. <br />LEGAL The City Attorney submitted an amendment to his legal <br />RE"PAINER retainer agreement with the City to cover additional <br />AGREENffi~i`P time that has been mandated by the Ramsey County court <br /> system for availability of prosecutors at arraignments. <br /> The Attorney reported that the courts have assigned the <br /> Little Canada prosecutor to be available six days of a <br /> sixteen week cycle. <br />The City Administrator reported that the situation was <br />decided without any input on the City's part. The <br />Administrator also reported that he has discussed the <br />situation with other city managers, who do not share <br />his concern about the increased cost. The <br />Administrator reported that he and the City Attorney <br />will monitor the situation, and if the results are not <br />what was intended by the new system, he will bring the <br />Page 21 <br />
