MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 22, <br />1993 <br />fair to all property owners of the City. <br />There was no one else from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this issue. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-9-294 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE REQUEST FOR PUD AMENDMENT REQUESTED BY TWO S <br />PROPERTIES UNTIL THE OCTOBER 13, 1993 REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING PENDING A REPORT FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY ON THIS <br />ISSIIE <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />7R2USCOTT Mr. Ron Truscott, 335 Rose Lane, appeared before the <br />PROPERTY Council requesting the adjustment of his lot line <br />DIVISION resulting in two similar-sized rectangular lots on Rose <br />Lane. Truscott reported that he would be selling the <br />"L-shaped" portion of his lot to his neighbor Mr. <br />Whitman. <br />Morelan noted that the Parks & Recreation Commission <br />reviewed this division and has recommended that no park <br />charge be taken. <br />Truscott reported that he paid a park charge last year <br />when the second lot was created. <br />The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br />requested lot line adjustment. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-9-295 - APPROVING THE TRUSCOTT <br />PROPERTY DIVISION AS PRESENTED FOR 335 ROSE LANE <br />SUBJECT TO THE DEDICATION OF 6-FOOT DRAINAGE AND <br />UTILITY EASEMENTS ON ALL LOT LINES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VARIANCE Hanson opened the public hearing to consider the <br />TO AISAW application by Masterpiece Homes for a five foot <br />5-FOOT sideyard setback variance for 2451 Sunrise Drive. <br />SIDEYARD It was noted that the Planning Commission recommended <br />SETBACK approval of the request. <br />2451 <br />SUNRISE DR. <br />Page 7 <br />
