MINiJ'PES OF THE REGULAI2 MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 13, 1993 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 13th day of October, 1993 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Bev Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. Joel Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Engineer Mr. Mike Lynch <br />Cable TV Prod. Mr. Bill Bruce <br />Recording Sec. Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Morelan pointed out that the following corrections <br />needed to be made to the September 22, 1993 regular <br />Council meeting minutes: <br />On page 2, Morelan abstained from the vote for <br />Resolution No. 93-9-290; <br />On page 18, discussion on lease agreements <br />should reflect that the rotation schedule <br />has been revised eliminating St. Joseph's <br />Society; <br />On page 19, there was a separate resolution <br />calling for the assessment hearing for the <br />Ryan Industrial Park road improvement; <br />On page 21, the City Center Use Policy is to <br />take effect January 1, 1994; <br />On page 26, Morelan's discussion on the <br />temporary fire inspector should reflect that <br />it will take more than one inspector to get <br />all the City's businesses inspected, and <br />another inspector would be added later to <br />accomplish that goal. <br />Page 1 <br />
