MINO'PES CSTY COUNCIL ,7 P+NUARY 12 , 1994 Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 94-1-4 - APPROVING APPLICATION FOR CLASS B GAMBLING LICENSE AND PREMISE PERMIT FOR LITTLE CANADA CANADIAN DAYS, INC. FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD APRIL 1~ 1994 THROUGH MARCH 31, 1996 FOR PULL-TAB LOCATION AT THE VENETIAN INN SUBJECT TO RECEIPT OF VERIFICATION OF 501C3 STATUS AND SATISFACTORY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT BACKGROUND CHECKS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. RENEWAL The Council reviewed the application for renewal of OF GAMBLING Class A gambling license and premise permit for LICENSE & the North Suburban Youth Association located at the PR~IiISE Little Canada Bingo Hall. The Administrative Assistant P~IT reported that verification of satisfactory Sheriff's NSYA Department background checks was pending. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 94-1-5 - RENEWING THE CLASS A GAMBLING LICENSE AND PREMISE PERMIT AS REQUESTED BY THE NORTH SUBURBAN YOUTH ASSOCIATION FOR LOCATION AT TIiE LITTLE CANADA BINGO HALL FOR LICENSE PERIOD MARCH 1~ 1994 THROUGH FEBRUARY 28, 1996 SUBJECT TO RECEIPT OF SATISFACTORY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT BACKGROUND CHECKS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Resolution declared adopted. 1994 LEGAL Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and NEWSPAPER moved its adoption: DESIGNATION RESOLUTION NO. 94-1-6 - APPOINTING THE LITTLE CANADA PRESS AS THE CITY'S LEGAL NEWSPAPER FOR TI-IE YEAR 1994 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
