MINUTES OF THE REGUI~AR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, IiINNESOTA <br />J~IiUARY 26, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Counoil of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 26th day of January, 1994 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:35 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. Joel Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Cable TV Coor. Mr. Tony Vignetti <br />Admin. Assistant Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />The Mayor reported that Council Member Scalze is not <br />present this evening due to the death of her <br />father-in-law. The Mayor extended his sympathies to <br />the Scalze family on behalf of the City Council and <br />City Staff. <br />~INUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 94-1-21 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF TIiE <br />JANUARY 12, 1994 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Morelan reported that in acting on the deer control <br />issue at the ,7anuary 12th Council meeting, it was not <br />his intention to grant final approval to bow and arrow <br />permits at that meeting, but rather to get the process <br />moving so that final approval could be granted by the <br />Council when necessary. <br />Page 1 <br />
