The
Administrator reported that model homes have been
allowed in the past, although the development agreement
for Green Value Addition does not presently allow it.
The Administrator presented an amendment to the Green
Value Development Agreement which would add provisions
for handling construction traffic as well as traffic
to the model home prior to the installation of the
asphalt on the street. Another provision would be that
no occupancy permit would be issued for the model home
prior to the first lift of bituminous being installed.
The Administrator also suggested that a requirement for
sweeping the street as required by City staff be added.
The City Attorney suggested that the amendment include
the statement that all other terms and conditions of
the original development contract would remain in
effect.
Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 94-2-52 - APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO
GREEN VALUE ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AS AMENDED
BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND CITY ATTORNEY AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze.
Ayes (4) Morelan, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen.
Nays (0).
