Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONTINUATION At the request of the applicants, the Market Place sign <br />OF PUBLIC variance request and the Mitchell property development <br />HEARINGS concept will be tabled until the March 9th regular <br />Council meeting. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-2-46 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR MARKET PLACE SHOPPING CENTER SIGN VARIANCE REQUEST <br />AND TABLING DISCUSSION OF THE JOHN MITCHELL PROPERTY <br />DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT UNTIL THE MARCH 9, 1994 REGULAR <br />COUNCIL MEETING AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />1994 STREET The City Administrator reported that proposed 1994 <br />IMPROVEMENTS street improvements include the improvement of Lake <br />Street by reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, and <br />storm sewer improvements; the improvement of Windrow <br />and Westwind Drives by either mill and overlay or full <br />depth reclamation and storm sewer improvements; and the <br />improvement of Jackson Street/Old County Road <br />C/Lakeshore Avenue by either street reconstruction, <br />full depth road reclamation with concrete curb and <br />gutter; or full depth reclamation without concrete curb <br />and gutter as well as storm sewer improvements. <br />The Administrator began with a review of the Lake <br />Street feasibility report pointing out that the <br />proposal is to reconstruct Lake Street to a 28 foot <br />wide street with concrete curb and gutter.
