MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 23, 1994 <br />SUPERAMERICA Hanson announced that the application for Conditional <br />Use Permit for gas station/convenience store submitted <br />by SuperAmerica was tabled by the Planninq Commission <br />pending additional information. Hanson pointed out <br />that the Council cannot consider the matter until it <br />has a recommendation from the Planning Commission. <br />Therefore, it was the consensus of the Council to <br />continue the public hearing on the SuperAmerica <br />proposal until their April 27th regular meeting. <br />RENEWAL OF Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />BOTTLE CLUB moved its adoption: <br />LICENSES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-3-72 - APPROVING RENEWAL OF BOTTLE <br />CLUB LICENSES FOR MY LE HOA CHINE5E RESTAURANT AND <br />LITTLE CANADA RENTAL HALL PENDING RECEIPT OF <br />SATISFACTORY SHERIFF~S DEPARTMENT BACKGROUND CHECKS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />AGENDA moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-3-73 - APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />WHICH INCLUDES TI-IE FOLLOWING ITEMS: <br />*APPROVAL OF ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR DIVISION <br />NO.
