MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 27, 1994 <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-4-108 - APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF BINGO <br />HALL LICENSE AS REQUESTED BY MKP, INC. FOR THE MARKET <br />PLACE SHOPPING CENTER FOR LICENSE PERIOD AUGUST l, 1994 <br />THROUGH JULY 31, 1995 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Hanson, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />AGENDA moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-4-109 - APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />WHICH CONTAINS TAE FOLLOWING ITEMS: <br />*APPROVAL OF DEFERMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR 2923 <br />EDGERTON STREET, FRANK CAPLES PROPERTY; <br />*APPROVAL OF REVISED ANTENNAE PLAN AS SUBMITTED BY <br />CELLULAR ONE; <br />*AUTHORIZATION OF NOTICE FOR CALL OF 1987 G.O. <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />EMERGENCY Morelan pointed out that as part of the SuperAmerica <br />VEHICLE public hearing concerns were raised about the ability <br />ACCESS TO of emergency vehicles to access the Fluer Royal <br />FLUER ROYAL condominiums. <br />The Fire Chief reported that traffic is difficult on <br />Little Canada Road, and he did not anticipate it to get <br />any better. However, the Fire Department does get <br />through, and the opticom system helps. <br />22 <br />
