MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 25, 1994 <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Hanson, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PRELIMINARY Hanson noted that at the request of the developer, <br />PLATT - the Planning Commission tabled review of the <br />TWIN LAKE preliminary plat of the Twin Lake Pines Addition until <br />PINES its June meeting. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-5-128 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE TWIN LAKE PINES PRELIMINARY PLAT PENDING A <br />RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle, Hanson, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LIQUOR Hanson opened the public hearing to consider increasing <br />LICENSE liquor license fees as follows: <br />FEE <br />INCREA5E Current Proposed <br />Fee Fee <br />Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor $100.00 $150.00 <br />Off-Sale Non-Intoxicating Liquor $40.00 $100.00 <br />On-Sale Non-Intoxicating Liquor $80.00 $100.00 <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Morelan, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-5-129 - INCREASING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />FEES AS OUTLINED ABOVE AND AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
