MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 22, 1994 <br />Morelan felt that annexation would be the answer to <br />resolving the issue with some of the lots lyinq in both <br />cities. <br />The City Attorney reported that State Statute would <br />require approval of the plat by both Little Canada and <br />Vadnais Heights since property lies in both cities. <br />Pratt assumed that was a requirement all along, and <br />indicated that he would start the platting process in <br />Vadnais Heights. <br />The City Planner stated that before final plat approval <br />can be granted by Little Canada, approvals by Vadnais <br />Heights will have to be obtained. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-6-161 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0).
