MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JTJLY 13, 1994 <br />Morelan pointed out that the Council meets every two <br />weeks and could hold a special meeting if it were <br />necessary to act on a building permit application. <br />Morelan stated that should the moratorium be enacted, <br />the Planning Commission should then begin a review of <br />the,permitted and conditional uses in the B-3 District. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 383 - AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A <br />MORATORIUM FOR REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 3, TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT 3-1 <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (3) Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays (1) Hanson. Ordinance declared adopted. <br />AMENDMENT The City Administrator reported that there is a <br />TO CITY~S provision in the City's ordinance establishing a <br />BUILDING minimum width standard for mobile and manufactured <br />CODE homes of 22 feet. This standard must be applied across <br />the board as a design standard for all homes. <br />Currently the ordinance does not do this, therefore, <br />the City Planner prepared an ordinance amendment making <br />this clarification. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 384 - AMENDING THE LITTLE CANADA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE~ CAAPTER 300, KNOWN AS THE BUILDING <br />CODE, BY ESTABLISI-IING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SINGLE- <br />FAMILY DWELLINGS <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). Ordinance declared adopted. <br />SUPERb~MERICA The City Attorney recommended that the Council go <br />VS.
