Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-7-195 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW PARKING OF TRUCKS AND OUTDOOR STORAGE <br />AS REQUESTED BY D& T TRUCKING SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Anderson reported that D& T Trucking anticipates <br />spring construction of their new facility. <br />VARIANCE - Hanson opened the public hearing to consider an <br />ROSEVILLE application for a variance to allow the construction of <br />AREA MIDDLE fencing exceeding height limitations as requested by <br />SCHOOL the Roseville School District for Roseville Area Middle <br />School. <br />John Hamilton, architect representing the School <br />District, reported that the proposal is to construot a <br />10-foot high fence on the north side of the existing <br />soccer fields in order to prevent soccer balls from <br />being kicked into the adjacent mobilehome park. The <br />School District is also planning to construct tennis <br />courts adjacent to the soccer field and would like to <br />install 15 foot high fencing on the north side of the <br />courts to keep tennis balls out of the mobilehome park. <br />Scalze asked the plans for the existing tennis courts. <br />Hamilton replied that the plans are to remove the <br />tennis courts next year and replace them with hard <br />surface play area. <br />Scalze asked how much of the referendum money would be <br />spent on the middle school site. <br />Hamilton estimated that $6 million would be spent at <br />the Middle School. A good share of those dollars will <br />be spent to upgrade the fire protection system at the <br />building. Hamilton expected that improvement to this <br />system will be completed before school starts in <br />21 <br />
