MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 13, 1994 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RENAMING OF The City Attorney presented to the Council a proposed <br />FREDERICKS- ordinance renaming Frederickshaven Drive to Sunset <br />HAVEN DR. Court. The Attorney reported that the developer and <br />architect have requested the renaming. <br />Council discussed the fact that the Schletty home <br />currently has an Edgerton address, and that for <br />emergency vehicle access purposes, it would be <br />preferable for this home to have a Sunset Court <br />address. The City Administrator was instructed to <br />discuss this matter with Mr. Schletty. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE N0. 385 - AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF <br />FREDERICKSHAVEN DRIVE TO SUNSET COURT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MOVER'S The City Attorney reported that a number of depositions <br />WAREHOUSE in the Mover's Warehouse lawsuit have been conoluded, <br />LAWSUIT however, there are a number that have been rescheduled. <br />The Attorney suggested that the Council hold a short <br />closed session following the meeting to discuss the <br />status of the lawsuit. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-7-199 - CALLING FOR A CLOSED SESSION <br />FOLLOWING THE MEETING TO DISCUSS THE MOVER'S WAREHOUSE <br />LAWSUIT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Hanson, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0).
