assistance. The Administrator felt that land assembly would be a key issue, pointing out that there is more flexibility in developing larger parcels. Remerowski did not feel a large redevelopment project would be proposed to the City, and felt that the redevelopment of Rice Street would have to start with smaller projects. Morelan suggested a question about whether or not residents would support tax incentives, etc. to assist in the redevelopment of Rice Street. Morris aqreed that the question could be worded to determine how aggressive the City should be in the redevelopment of Rice Street. Morris pointed out the addition of "hotel" to the list of questions 78 through 89, and asked if there were any other additions to deletions to this list. Scalze suggested that "park-and-ride lot" be deleted. LaValle suggested that "drug store" and "gasoline and convenience store" be deleted. The Administrator suggested that "movie theater" be added. It was agreed that the questions regarding Rainbow Foods and a casino be deleted. It was also suggested that question 97 be reworded to ask residents for their choice between "Little Canada Press" and the "Roseville Review". Morelan suqgested that question 99 ask specifically about Channel 16. Morris asked for any additional input. It was suggested that "noise pollution" be added to the list of questions 44 through 51. It was also suggested that a question be added about temporary and commercial signs. Hanson asked if there was a way to ensure that some of the respondents to the survey are business owners in the City. LaValle suggested a separate mailed survey to business owners once the residential survey is completed. Morris offered to work with the City in developing the written survey and providing some analysis of its results.
