MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTII~~IBER 28, 1994 <br />REZONING - Hanson reported that Abra Auto Body & Glass has <br />ABRA AUTO requested that consideration of their application for <br />BODY & rezoning of the Schroeder property on Rice Street from <br />GLAS5 B-3 to PUD to allow the construction and operation of <br />an Abra be tabled at this time. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-9-334 - CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON APPLICATION FOR REZONING FROM B-3 TO PUD TO ALLOW <br />THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF AN ABRA AUTO BODY & <br />GLASS AT THE REQUEST OF ABRA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CON5ENT Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />AGENDA moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-9-335 - APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: <br />*APPROVAL OF MERIDIAN CAPITAL MARKETS AS A CITY <br />DEPOSITORY; <br />*APPROVAL OF A WAGE ADJiJSTMENT FOR MARY GRANLEY AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR; <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Hanson, Morelan. <br />Nays (0).
