However, if the cul-de-sac were put in right <br />away, the houses would be very close to the pavement. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-9-345 - AMENDING THE LEEWARD WAY <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT DELETING SECTION FIVE OF THE <br />AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PUBLIC <br />WORKS SUPERINTENDENT FOR OPTION #3 WHICH ENDS LEEWARD <br />WAY WITA NO PROVISION FOR TURN-AROUND <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator felt that given the <br />circumstances this was the best approach to addressing <br />the situation. <br />LOUD STEREO Morelan pointed out that other communities have adopted <br />ORDINANCE ordinances prohibiting loud stereos and suggested that <br />Little Canada look at this issue. <br />The City Administrator replied that staff would <br />research ordinances which other cities have, obtain <br />comments from the 5heriff's Department, and provide the <br />information to the City Attorney to draft an ordinance <br />for consideration by the Council. <br />ROOFING BIDS The City Administrator reported that the City has <br />FOR SPOONER obtained bids for the reroofing of the Spooner Park <br />PARK SHELTERS shelters. While the budget provided for reroofing of <br />only one of the shelters at this time, there are <br />economies of scale in having both done at the same <br />time. <br />23 <br />
