Morelan also felt <br />that the City's fence is not in keeping with the spirit <br />of the ordinance, therefore, the barbed wire should be <br />removed. Scalze agreed. <br />The City Administrator suggested that the Public Works <br />Superintendent take a look at the way the barbed wire <br />is connected to the fence and evaluate the options for <br />its removal. <br />CALL FOR The City Administrator reported that Fred Schletty <br />HEARING TO is requesting a lot line adjustment for Lot 2, <br />CONSIDER Block 2, Frederickshaven Second Addition. There is <br />VACATION a drainage and utility easement over the current lot <br />OF DRAINAGE line, and Schletty is requesting that that easement <br />& UTILITY be vacated when the lot line is relocated. <br />EASEMENT <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-10-358 - CALLING A HEARING TO <br />CONSIDER THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />IN FREDERICKSHAVEN SECOND ADDITION FOR WEDNESDAY, <br />NOVEMBER 9, 1994 AT 7:30 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Hanson, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />GATEWAY LaValle asked the status of the Rice Street/Little <br />PROJECT Canada Road gateway project. <br />The City Administrator reported that the City does not <br />have a development agreement for this project. It is <br />his understanding that Gary Collyard is continuing to <br />negotiate with various tenants and property owners in <br />the area. While it appears that progress is being <br />made, the Administrator stated that he would like to <br />see some sort of development agreement in place so that <br />everyone knows what is happening.
