Mr. Pedersen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 94-10-349 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 28, 1994 REGULAR COIJNCIL MEETING AS CORRECTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Pedersen, LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Hanson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 94-10-350 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 28, 1994 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Aanson, Pedersen, Morelan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ANNOUNCEMENTS Hanson announced the need for three citizens-at-large to serve on the City's 10% Committee. This committee will make a recommendation to the Council on funding priorities for the City's 10% funds. Anyone interested in serving should contact City Hall at 484-2177. Hanson reported that the Sheriff's Department is investigating an apparent suicide that occurred on Monday, October lOth in the Ruth Street neighborhood. Once their investigation is completed, the Sheriff's Department in conjunction with the City will meet with the landlords of the properties in this area to discuss issues of mutual concern. Hanson reported that on Tuesday, October 25th, at 1 P.M. the City will conduct a memorial ceremony at City Hall in recognition of the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department Canine "Bud" who was killed in the line of duty earlier this year.
