MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 9, 2025 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was convened on the 9th day of April 2025 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, Kwapick, Gutierrez and Miller. <br />Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Acting City Administrator Laura Linehan, Parks and Recreation Director Steve <br />Anderson, Public Works Director Bill Dircks, and City Clerk/HR Manager. Heidi Heller. <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-4-53 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE MARCH 26, <br />2025, WORKSHOP AND THE MARCH 26, 2025, REGULAR MEETINGS AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Gutierrez. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />FAIR HOUSING MONTH PROCLAMATION <br />Mayor Fischer read aloud the 2025 Fair Housing Month Proclamation. <br />ARBOR DAY PROCLAMATION <br />Mayor Fischer read aloud the 2025 Arbor Day Proclamation. <br />OTHER <br />The Acting City Administrator invited residents to watch the city information channels for information <br />on the upcoming National Volunteer Week. The city website has registration details for a number of <br />upcoming events and parks and recreation programming activities. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2025-4-54 —APPROVING THE CONSENTAGENDA WHICH <br />CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING. <br />
