Resolution declared adopted.
Hanson reported that the candidates' forum was held
last evening and will be rebroadcast on Channels 16 and
33 prior to the November 8th General Election.
Hanson reported that Little Canada resident Milen Chow
has received a scholarship from the Page Education
Foundation.
Morelan reminded the general public that the election
is less than two weeks away, and urged citizens to get
out and vote on November 8th.
PROPERTY Hanson reported that Don and Joan Rada have made
DIVISION - application to divide their property located at 2817
RADA Edgerton Street into two lots. It was pointed out that
Tract A, on which the Rada home would remain, would be
85 feet in width, and Tract B, abutting Gervais Mill
Park, would be 115 feet wide. The Planning Commission
has recommended approval of the property division as
requested.
The City Planner reported that the property division is
routine in nature, and both Tracts A and B exceed the
City's minimum requirements.
The City Administrator reported that it may be
necessary to obtain an easement for a drainage pipe
which runs through the rear of the property. If so,
the property division should be subject to dedication
of that easement.
2
