MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVII~SBII2 23, 1994 The consensus of the Bluwood/Australian property owners was that there was little interest in a street connection. Additional information is being put together on the cul-de-sac option, and staff will have a report for the Council at their next meeting. Property owners along Gilanderi were definitely interested in water main, but the street issue was in question since it does not appear there is right-of-way at the top of the hill. Property owners on East Brooks were opposed to a street reconstruction as they were two years ago. These property owners were informed that the project will need to proceed some time in the not too distant future due to the deteriorating condition of the street. The Administrator reported that a neighborhood meeting of Keller Parkway property owners will be held on Monday, November 28th to discuss water main improvements. At this point there is need for coordination of road improvement issues between the County, and Cities of Little Canada and Maplewood. A future neighborhood meeting will be held on the road improvement after the first o£ the year. BOB YUNKER The Mayor acknowledged the presence of Bob Yunker, Little Canada resident and student at Roseville Area Middle School, who was present observing the Council meetinq this evening in connection with a U.S. Government project he is participating in at school. ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 94-11-415 - ADJOURNING INTO CLOSED SESSION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan.
