MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECENIBER 21, 1994 <br />On behalf of the entire City Council, Scalze stated <br />that it has been a pleasure to work with Mayor Hanson. <br />Scalze felt that the Mayor has done an excellent job, <br />and has enabled the Council to do their best job. <br />Morelan commented that his two years on the Council <br />have been enjoyable working with Mayor Hanson. Morelan <br />commented on the Mayor's open-mindedness and the fact <br />that the Mayor has not shut ideas down. <br />Pedersen stated that he has enjoyed the graciousness of <br />the Mayor and hoped that he would continue his <br />involvment with the City, sharing his experience and <br />resources. <br />LaValle echoed the sentiments of the other Council <br />Members. <br />PROPERTY Mr. David Holm appeared before the Council requesting <br />DIVISION - approval of the relocation of a lot line for his <br />95 WOODLYN property at 95 Woodlyn Avenue. It was noted that <br />AVENUE both the City Planner and Planning Commission have <br /> recommend ed approval of the lot lin e adjustment. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-12-420 - APPROVING TI-IE LOT LINE <br />ADJUSTMENT FOR 95 WOODLYN AVENUE AS REQUESTED BY DAVID <br />HOLM <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Hanson, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR Hanson opened the public hearing to consider a <br />SECOND PYLON request for a Conditional Use Permit to have two <br />SIGN - RICE free-standing signs at the Rice At C Shopping Center. <br />AT C CENTER Hanson noted that the Planning Commission has <br />recommended approval of the request. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />3 <br />
