MINiJTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECE[~iBIIt 21, 1994 <br />Administrator had demonstrated leadership in this area <br />and was well respected among his peers. <br />The Administrator stated that he has not done as much <br />as he would like in this area, but it was a time <br />management issue. The Administrator did not feel he <br />interacted with his peers as much as he should, with <br />the exception of the Sheriff's group. Internal issues <br />have warranted more of his time. <br />The final area of performance which was rated was <br />Professional/Personal Development. Morelan gave an E+ <br />rating, and stated that the Administrator is highly <br />personally motivated, with a professional yet personal <br />approach. <br />LaValle gave an E+ rating, Pedersen an E, and Hanson an <br />E. Hanson agreed that the Administrator was very <br />professional, but felt that he should be spending less <br />time at the office. <br />Scalze gave an E+ rating and noted that the <br />Administrator's verbal communications are excellent. <br />Scalze felt the Administrator could make more <br />suggestions to the City Council. <br />The Administrator asked if the Council had any comments <br />or concerns with the salary scale for his position. <br />There were no comments. <br />The Administrator submitted to the Council a list of <br />1995 Goals which he had put together, and asked the <br />Council to review these and make comments on them. <br />There being no further business, the workshop meeting <br />was adjourned at 7:20 P.M. <br />-- '7 <br />~~ .' ~'~,-N~,.-~.'.~ ~ ~ ~~~~ ~ c~..:.i'Y'i i~ <br />'12ay ond G.
