PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT REVOLVING FDND BONDS~ <br />SERIES 1995A <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />GATEWAY Fahey asked Gary Collyard where he was in terms of <br />PROJECT providing the City with the information requested by <br />the City Administrator relative to the Rice Street <br />Gateway Project. <br />Collyard reported that he has a package of background <br />information and financials ready for submission. <br />Collyard also indicated that he has a recommendation <br />for a relocation specialist which he wished to present. <br />Collyard recommended that a subcommittee of the City <br />Council including the Mayor, one Council Member, and <br />the City Administrator be set up to review the <br />submissions. Collyard reported that some of the <br />information is confidential at this point. The <br />confidential information includes lease information and <br />commitments, investors, as well as some alternative <br />concept plans showing changes should certain parcels <br />not be included in the project. Collyard reported that <br />he has scheduled a meeting with the anchor tenants for <br />January 20th, and recommended that the subcommittee <br />attend. <br />Fahey stated that he could understand the <br />confidentiality of the tenant information because of <br />the negotiations that are going on. However, he could <br />not understand withholding non-proprietary information <br />from the entire Council. <br />Collyard stated that he would present the background <br />information and financials, and recommendation for the <br />relocation specialist. Collyard felt the investor and <br />tenant information was proprietary. <br />LaValle pointed out the listing of eight items outlined <br />in the City Administrator's letter and the deadline of <br />Friday, January 6th for submission of those items. <br />Fahey stated that Collyard was prepared to submit the <br />non-proprietary information, and would submit the <br />15 <br />
