MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JANLJARY 11, 1995
proprietary information to the subcommittee. Fahey
pointed out that the listing of items outlined by the
City Administrator was broader than the items requested
by the City Council at their December 21st meeting.
Fahey stated that he is aware that the four Council
Members are frustrated by the lack of information from
Mr. Collyard, however, he was willing to give Collyard
a little more time to see if something could be put
together. Fahey stated that Collyard has done some
work, and pointed out that securing the anchor tenants
is a big step toward the project.
Fahey stated that he realizes there are property owners
not interested in selling, and felt alternatives must
be developed to proceed with the project without those
properties.
