MINi7TES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JAN[JARY 25, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 25th day of January, 1995 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 6:40 P.M, and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />Admin. Asst. <br />Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />COMMUNITY The purpose of this evening's workshop is to finalize <br />SURVEY the community survey questionnaire. Council began a <br />page-by-page review of the survey document. <br />Morelan suggested that residents may not know what is <br />meant by "service establishments" in question #21, and <br />suggested that some examples be given. <br />Fahey suggested that the phrases "too much" and "too <br />little" be eliminated from the paragraph after question <br />#16. <br />Pedersen suggested that channel 16 be referred to as <br />"cable channel 16" in question 37. <br />Council discussed the paragraph before questions 48 <br />through 56, and felt the first sentence should read "I <br />would like to read you a list of "nuisances" which may <br />occur in Little Canada". Also, question #53 should <br />refer to "annoying loud noise", and question #55 <br />"improper parking". <br />Council discussed questions #58 and #59, and it was <br />decided that #58 should be eliminated. <br />1 <br />
