MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 22, 1995 <br />SCHMIDT Mr. John Daubney, attorney representing Mr. John <br />PROPERTY Ryan, appeared before the Council requesting approval <br />DIVISION of the division of a small triangular piece of property <br />from the Schmidt property located at 2718 Edgerton <br />Street. Mr. Ryan, the adjacent property owner, will be <br />purchasing the property and combininq it with his own. <br />Fahey noted that the triangular piece of property will <br />provide Mr. Ryan access to Keller Parkway. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-2-52 - APPROVING THE SCHMIDT PROPERTY <br />DIVISION FOR 2718 EDGERTON STREET AS REQUESTED SUBJECT <br />TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONCEPT PLAT- Mr. Bob Moser appeared before the Council requesting <br />DENERY approval of a concept plat for development of the <br />PROPERTY Denery property located at 3075 LaBore Road. Moser <br />pointed out that since the Planning Commission meeting, <br />he has submitted a third concept option which addresses <br />concerns raised by the Planning Commission. <br />Morelan pointed out that under the third option, the <br />Denery property could be developed into seven lots. If <br />the City chooses to trade adjacent park land, an <br />additional two lots could be developed. <br />The City Administrator reported that the Park & <br />Recreation Commission felt a land trade was worthwhile <br />provided the legalities could be worked out. Based <br />upon the City Attorney's review it appears that the <br />title to the park property is not restricted, <br />therefore, a trade should be possible.
