MINUTES OF THE REGUI,AR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA MAF2CH 8 , 1995 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of March, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. and the following members of the Council were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. City Attorney City Engineer Cable TV Prod. Admin. Asst. MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the follo moved its adoption: Mr. Joel Hanson Mr. Tom Sweeney Mr. Jerry Bourdon Mrs. Jane Boog Mrs. Kathy Glanzer wing resolution and RESOLUTION N0. 95-3-67 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 22, 1995 WORKSI30P COUNCIL MEETING AND THE FEBRUARY 22, 1995 REGULAR COUNCIL AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. IMP. NO. The Mayor opened the public hearing to consider the 95-1 - improvement of Ryan Drive from Country Drive FRATTALONE approximately 1,000 feet west, including a segment SEWER from Ryan Drive to a point 150 feet north with said EXTENSION segment located within the Country Drive right-of-way, by sanitary sewer improvement. Fahey noted that three of the adjacent property owners have submitted letters indicating their opposition to being assessed for this improvement. Since Frank Frattalone is the only property owner indicating his support, Fahey asked if Mr. Frattalone is prepared to accept the assessment for 1
