MINUTES OF THE REGUI,AR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAF2CH 8 , 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 8th day of March, 1995 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:35 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Admin. Asst. <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the follo <br />moved its adoption: <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Jerry Bourdon <br />Mrs. Jane Boog <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />wing resolution and <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-3-67 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />FEBRUARY 22, 1995 WORKSI30P COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />FEBRUARY 22, 1995 REGULAR COUNCIL AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />IMP. NO. The Mayor opened the public hearing to consider the <br />95-1 - improvement of Ryan Drive from Country Drive <br />FRATTALONE approximately 1,000 feet west, including a segment <br />SEWER from Ryan Drive to a point 150 feet north with said <br />EXTENSION segment located within the Country Drive right-of-way, <br />by sanitary sewer improvement. Fahey noted that three <br />of the adjacent property owners have submitted letters <br />indicating their opposition to being assessed for this <br />improvement. Since Frank Frattalone is the only <br />property owner indicating his support, Fahey asked if <br />Mr. Frattalone is prepared to accept the assessment for <br />1 <br />
