The Council also was of the <br />consensus that the triangular piece of park property <br />near County Road D that is shown on the plat would be <br />useless, therefore, should be incorporated as part of <br />the lots. <br />Sanders pointed out that the area is fairly wooded, and <br />that a good many trees would be removed as part of the <br />development. <br />Pedersen pointed out that many of the trees may be <br />removed when the Watershed cleans the ditch which runs <br />through the area. <br />The Director asked the width for the trail connection <br />from the cul-de-sac to the park property. <br />It was the consensus of the Council that a 10-foot <br />trail connection should be required. <br />10~ FUND Remerowski reported that the Commission would like <br />CRITERIA information on 10% Fund criteria. <br />Morelan pointed out that the City has a policy in this <br />regard. Members of the Commission will be sent copies <br />of that policy. <br />There being no further business, the workshop was <br />adjourned at 7:30 P.M. <br />Mi~I.
