MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NIARCH 22, 1995 Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 95-3-80 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE FOLLOWING COUNCIL MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED: MARCH 6, 1995 WORKSHOP MEETING; MARCH 8, 1995 WORKSHOP MEETING; MARCH 8, 1995 REGULAR MEETING. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. THUNDER BAY Mr. Ray Hanson appeared before the Council to report SISTER CITY that he recently attended the Nordic World Ski RELATIONSHIP Championship in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada representing the City of Little Canada. Hanson reported that there were 50,000 participants in the event, which was also attended by representatives of Thunder Bay~s other sister cities, the Cities of Duluth, Minnesota and Seinajoki, Finland. Hanson presented the Mayor and Council with a plaque depicting the Crest of the City of Thunder Bay presented by the Mayor of Thunder Bay, as well as a book on the City of Seinajoki presented by its Mayor. Hanson reported that Canadian Days is planning a bus trip to Thunder Bay from June 30th through July 2nd. Anyone interested in attending can contact City Hall for additional information. Mayor Fahey thanked Hanson for representing the City of Little Canada at the Nordic Ski Championships. PUD & FINAL The Council began review of the request for approval of PLAT - a Planned Unit Development to allow more than one HERITAGE owner-occupied office buildinq on a lot, as well as a OFFICE PARK - Final Plat for eight (8) office building sites REAL ESTATE as requested for Heritage Office Park by Real Estate MASTERS Masters. The City Administrator reported that he has had some discussions with Real Estate Masters on the park charge issue. The value that they quoted at previous meetings 2
