MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NIARCH 22, 1995 <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-3-80 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />FOLLOWING COUNCIL MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED: <br />MARCH 6, 1995 WORKSHOP MEETING; <br />MARCH 8, 1995 WORKSHOP MEETING; <br />MARCH 8, 1995 REGULAR MEETING. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />THUNDER BAY Mr. Ray Hanson appeared before the Council to report <br />SISTER CITY that he recently attended the Nordic World Ski <br />RELATIONSHIP Championship in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada <br />representing the City of Little Canada. Hanson <br />reported that there were 50,000 participants in the <br />event, which was also attended by representatives of <br />Thunder Bay~s other sister cities, the Cities of <br />Duluth, Minnesota and Seinajoki, Finland. <br />Hanson presented the Mayor and Council with a plaque <br />depicting the Crest of the City of Thunder Bay <br />presented by the Mayor of Thunder Bay, as well as a <br />book on the City of Seinajoki presented by its Mayor. <br />Hanson reported that Canadian Days is planning a bus <br />trip to Thunder Bay from June 30th through July 2nd. <br />Anyone interested in attending can contact City Hall <br />for additional information. <br />Mayor Fahey thanked Hanson for representing the City of <br />Little Canada at the Nordic Ski Championships. <br />PUD & FINAL The Council began review of the request for approval of <br />PLAT - a Planned Unit Development to allow more than one <br />HERITAGE owner-occupied office buildinq on a lot, as well as a <br />OFFICE PARK - Final Plat for eight (8) office building sites <br />REAL ESTATE as requested for Heritage Office Park by Real Estate <br />MASTERS Masters. <br />The City Administrator reported that he has had some <br />discussions with Real Estate Masters on the park charge <br />issue.
