MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 22, 1995 <br />EIGI-IT (8) OFFICE BUILDING SITES FOR LOTS 1 AND 3, <br />HERITAGE OFFICE PARK AS REQUESTED BY REAL ESTATE <br />MASTERS, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED <br />MARCH 10, 1995, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY ENGINEER, AND SUBJECT TO <br />THE RESOLUTION OF THE PARK CHARGE ISSUE WITH THE <br />UNDERSTANDING THAT AN APPRAISER WILL BE HIRED TO <br />DETERMINE THE MARKET VALUE OF THE SITE IF THAT ISSUE <br />CANNOT BE RESOLVED <br />The foregoing resolution <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, <br />Nays (0). <br />Abstentions (1) Pedersen. <br />was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Fahey, Morelan. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />COBBLESTONE The Council reviewed the request to subdivide Parcel <br />VILLAGE No. 07-29-22-32-0005 so that the east 236 feet can be <br />purchased by Masterpiece Homes and included in the <br />Cobblestone Village Plat. The remaining 180 feet will <br />be retained by Schroeder Development Corporation. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-3-82 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF <br />PARCEL 07-29-22-32-0005 AS REQUESTED BY MASTERPIECE <br />HOMES WHICH WILL RESULT IN THE EAST 236 FEET OF THIS <br />PARCEL BEING PLATTED AS PART OF THE COBBLESTONE VILLAGE <br />PLAT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Fahey, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council reviewed the request to vacate the <br />Minnesota Avenue road right-of-way and utility easement <br />that would extend into the Cobblestone Village plat. <br />It was noted that streets within the plat will be <br />privately owned and maintained. <br />Morelan asked if there were concerns for turning around <br />City maintenance vehicles with Minnesota Avenue ending <br />at the entrance to the plat. <br />The City Administrator reported that the development <br />agreement provides access for City vehicles to turn <br />4 <br />
