MINUTES OF THE REGULI~R MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 12, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Li.ttle Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 12th day of A~~ril, 1995 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Mic:hael Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. StE~ve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bok> Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Be:verly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. JoE:l Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Cable TV Prod. Mrs. Jzine Boog <br />Admin. Asst. Mrs. Kr~thy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Scalze reported that page 2, last paragr•aph of the <br />March 22nd workshop meeting minutes shoiild be corrected <br />to reflect that the Vadnais Heights Fire: Chief does not <br />respond to "all" fire calls during worki.ng hours. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-4-96 - APPROVING THE NIINUTES OF THE <br />MARCH 22, 1995 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AS CORRECTED <br />AND THE MINUTES OF THE MARCH 22, 1995 RF:GULAR COUNCIL <br />AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconcled by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOiJNCEMENT Mayor Fahey reported that due to the dezith of Dennis <br />Davison, there is a vacancy on the Planriing Commission. <br />The City is extending the deadline for :;ubmission of <br />applications for this position through 7'hursday, April <br />20th. The term on the Commission would run through <br />December of 1996. <br />1 <br />
