MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 12, 1995 REZONING OF Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing tc~ consider the PARCEL NO. approval of the rezoning of the West 180 feet of the 07-29-22-32- East 416 feet of Tract A, Registered Larid Survey No. 0005 300 from either B-3 or R-1 to B-3 (Genex-al Business); COBBLESTONE and the Rezoning of the East 236 feet oi' the East 416 VILLAGE PLAT feet of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 300 from either B-3 or R-1 to R-2 (Medium Density Residential). It was noted that the easterly portion of Parcel No. 07-29-22-32-0005 will be replatted as a portion of the Cobblestone Village Plat. The rezoning is a housekeeping matter to clarify the zonirigs of both the east and west halves of this parcel. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by Scal.ze, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Morelan introduced the following re:solution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 95-4-97 - APPROVING THE FtEZONING OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF THE EAST 416 FEET OF TI2ACT A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 300 FROM EITtiER B-3 OR R-1 TO B-3 (GENERAL BUSINESS) AS WELL AS TH]'s REZONING OF THE EAST 236 FEET OF THE EAST 416 FEET OF TRACT A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY N0. 300 FROM EITFiER B-3 OR R-1 TO R-2 (MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) The foregoing resolution was duly seconcled by Scalze. Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. VACATION OF Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider PORTION OF the vacation of the Minnesota Avenue riqht-of-way MINNESOTA as it lies within the Cobblestone Village plat. It AVENUE was noted that the streets within the p.Lat will be private streets. Drainage and utility c~asements will be dedicated to the City as part of the platting process. There was no one from the general public: present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Morelan, the public hearing was closed. 2
