MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 12, 1995 <br />CLOSED The City Attorney requested a closed se;ssion following <br />5ESSION the Council meeting to discuss the Move:r's Warehouse <br />and SuperAmerica litigation. <br />Mrs. 5calze introduced the following re;solution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-4-107 - CALLING FOR A CLOSED SESSION <br />TO DISCUSS MOVER'S WAREHOUSE AND SUPERAIKERICA <br />LITIGATION FOLLOWING THE COUNCIL MEETING AS REQUESTED <br />BY THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly secon~ied by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
