MINUTES OF THE REGiJLAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 26, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 12th day of April, 1995 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Admin. Resolution declared adopted <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS Mayor Fahey announced that the City has been named a <br />Tree City USA for the fourth consecutive year. The <br />Tree City USA Program is sponsored by the National <br />Arbor Day Foundation in cooperation with the USDA <br />Forest Service and the National Association of State <br />Foresters. To become a Tree City USA, a community must <br />meet four standards: have a tree board or department, <br />1 <br />
