MINOTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 26, 1995 *APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR THE DIANNA LANE RETAINING WALL~ *APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR FRATTALONE SEWER EXTENSIONj *CHANGING TIiE JUNE 14, 1995 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING DATE TO JUNE 13~ 1995 AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR~ *APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW ENCROACHMENT OVER SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR FACILITIES FOR THE KELLER PARKWAY WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITYj *APPROVAL OF TIiE VOUCHERS The foreqoinq resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. SUPII2AMERICA The City Attorney reported that SuperAmerica has LITIGATION filed an appeal relative to their litigation against the City. The Attorney anticipated a decision on the appeal by later summer or early fall. GILANDERI/ The City Administrator reviewed the results of a survey VIKING DR. send to Gilanderi/Viking Drive property owners ROAD regarding street improvement options. The IMPROVEMENT Administrator noted that six of the seven property owners prefer the looped street option which consists of 18 feet of paved surface to serve all driveways and 12 feet along Highway 36 right-of-way. Estimated cost of that option is $6,965 per lot. The City Administrator recommended that approval should be subject to the property owners signing Waivers of Right to Appeal Special Assessments, which would include street improvement costs, water main costs, and burying of electrical lines. The Administrator also recommended that an agreement be signed by property owners which would be recorded against the properties which spells out the standards of the road improvement.
